Yesterday, I said that The Shift News is regularly and persistently attacking Dr. Edward Zammit Lewis in his candidature for a Judge of the General Court of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
I asked what is the interest of the Shift News in the candidature which is of a legal nature and definitely not a political one.
I posed one question to Shift News, which remained unanswered.
Today, I am putting forth more questions to The Shift News and I hope that I get some answers this time round;
1. Who is the author of the articles that your are publishing?
2. Is the author of the same Jacques Rene Zammit, but this time round not signing the same articles?
3. Are you aware that these articles are being intentionally circulated as Press Briefs amongst the CJEU Judges, to inflict maximum damage against Dr Zammit Lewis before his interview with the Art. 255 Committee?
4. Is this is the case, are you aware that Dr. Jacques Rene Zammit, as Press Officer of the European Court of Justice, may be breaching the Code of Ethics of his engagement as he has a clear interest in this whole issue?
5. If this is true, are you going to file a report for breach of ethics with the CJEU administration for breach of ethics and this with due respect to the principle of good governance you really ‘believe’ in?
Please answer and I hope that the CJEU Press Officer will circulate this article amongst the CJEU Judges in their Press Brief.
If he fails to do so, I will circulate myself and expose him and your hypocricy.
