Sam Sittlington came to testify in order to present documentation which was missing from the original inquiry.
The experts did not notice they presented missing documents and this was brought to their attention by the authorities.
He testified he did not know whether this was a technical mistake or someone’s omission.
It is not known whether the experts will give a discount from their €11 million bill.
