The distinction between the interests of the US and those of other nations

Dear Americans,

Allow me to address you in light of the situation escalating in the Middle East.

Are you excited and ready to hang a photo of your child or grandchild on the wall who died in service of Israel and not America?

It is crucial to recognize the distinction between the interests of the United States and those of other nations, such as Israel.

The narrative that American service members are sacrificing their lives in the Middle East solely for the benefit of their own country has been thoroughly debunked.

It is imperative for individuals to comprehend that any loss of life in service abroad may not necessarily align with the national interests of the United States.

Therefore, it is essential to have a clear understanding of the reasons behind military deployments and the potential implications for the safety and freedom of American citizens.

Sorry to be so harsh but it’s a sobering reality that the sacrifices made by American troops may not always be in direct support of American values or security. This distinction must be acknowledged and accepted, even if it is difficult to confront.

Finally, President Nixon’s comments on the Jewish Lobby are worth revisiting for a deeper understanding of political dynamics.
