The police investigations into the actions of top prison official Svetlana Muscat have been completed, and she has been cleared of any criminal wrongdoing.
It was determined that she is “not criminally liable” for allowing individuals to meet with Yorgen Fenech in her prison office.
No criminal proceedings will be initiated against her.
