Maltese NGOs and Civil Society Foundations Benefiting from USAID

President Trump issued an executive order on January 20, 2025, appointing Elon Musk to lead the Department of Government Efficiency. Subsequently, on February 3, DOGE made the decision to close the Washington headquarters of USAID and merge the agency into the State Department under Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

USAID partnered with NGOs to achieve its strategic goals and objectives. It partnered with international NGOs, networks and groups, and civil society organizations.

The bottom line? USAID wasn’t “humanitarian aid.” It was a global money-laundering machine, funding everything from proxy wars to social engineering experiments. Good riddance. The only tragedy here is that it took this long to shut the whole circus down.

In our upcoming article, we will be exposing the Maltese NGOs and Civil Society foundations who benefited from USAID.
