In a shocking turn of events, a politically exposed person (PEP) has been appointed as an expert in three of Malta’s most politicized inquiries: Malta Hospitals, Electrogas, and Times. But is it right for our courts to appoint someone with such controversial connections to positions of such power? Shouldn’t experts be impartial, transparent, and above reproach?
This raises a crucial question: How could the Maltese courts allow someone with clear political ties to take on a role that demands neutrality and unbiased judgment? The answer remains unclear.
A PEP, as defined by international standards such as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), is someone who holds a prominent public position and may have access to sensitive government information. Given the gravity of these inquiries and their political implications, appointing someone with such a controversial background seems not only suspicious but downright dangerous for the integrity of our justice system.
So, who exactly is this “expert”? Is there more to this appointment than meets the eye? We will dig deeper into this baffling decision. Malta deserves answers.

I said it before and I will say it again , if they press to know who the 25/30 Maltese experts were and who got paid for what ? the case will fall like a sand castle just like Dr. Muscat said , IT WILL NOT BE A SURPRISE TO ANYBODY IF MOST OF THESE NAMES COMES FROM THE SATANIC TERRORIST GROUP IN MALTA ….!!
