It is time to move from wards spoken/written to actual action. Confirm thrugh a public statement that a police report of the teft/removal has been lodged at police station. and that if no action is taken, state in statement that what is being placed there by the tas shara tal bidnija lot, will be openly removed. There cannot be any excuses in action not being taked over the removal of what you placed there, as that is one sure place covered by SECURITY CAMERAS.
