Italy Said No. The U.S. Said No. Why Is Malta Still Kneeling?

Rejecting the treaty means defending the nation. Malta failed the test.

Italy has rejected the WHO Pandemic Treaty.

So has the United States.

Two major global players have made it clear: they will not surrender their national sovereignty to an unelected, unaccountable bureaucracy.

And yet, in Malta, not a single political leader, health official, or government spokesperson has dared to ask even the most basic question:

Is this treaty in Malta’s national interest?

The silence is deafening — and dangerous.

While other nations are defending their constitutions and protecting their democratic institutions, Malta’s government continues to rubber-stamp everything the World Health Organization dictates, with zero debate, zero scrutiny, and zero transparency.

Are we a sovereign republic, or a colonial outpost of Geneva?

The Maltese public deserves answers:

  • Will Malta be bound by WHO directives on future lockdowns, digital health passports, or mass vaccination campaigns?

The Authorities owe the people full disclosure. Instead, they hided behind technocratic doublespeak and quietly marched towards an agreement that could hand over national powers during “emergencies” declared by an external organisation.

Let us be crystal clear:

This is not about public health — it’s about political control.

It’s about centralising pandemic powers under a global framework that leaves small nations like Malta with no say, no vote, and no escape.

Italy had the courage to say NO.

The United States had the foresight to walk away.

So what is Malta waiting for?

A memo from Tedros Ghebreyesus to tell us what our Constitution is worth?

Tedros Ghebreyesus

This government found time to push through controversial digital IDs, carbon credit policies, and climate treaties. But when it comes to the greatest threat to medical sovereignty in our lifetime, they say nothing.

Malta’s passivity is not neutral. It is complicity. They have forfeited the will of the Maltese people for the convenience of global obedience.
