Alex Borg’s first right decision: removing the weakest link in the Opposition.
Delia’s silence finally cost him everything.

Adrian Delia
The former PN Leader’s refusal to answer basic ethical questions has now cost him everything.
Last July, during the campaign for the appointment of a new Nationalist Party Leader, Adrian Delia, who at the time was still Shadow Minister for Health, publicly declared that Malta needed a new public hospital.
But behind the slogan, there were serious unanswered questions — questions this site raised directly to Delia, which he arrogantly chose to ignore:
- Who is Adrian Delia really representing in Parliament — the Maltese people or his private clients in the pharmaceutical industry?
- Have you declared your conflicts of interest with the PN Leader or the Party Executive?
- Are you receiving a retainer from two pharmaceutical companies?
- Did you inform the Party of these ties before accepting the health portfolio?
- And if these allegations are true — can you be trusted to act in the national interest when your proposals might directly benefit your private clients?
As the main spokesperson for the Opposition on the health sector, Delia had the duty to respond — clearly and transparently.
Yet, to this very day, he has not issued any statement to confirm or deny the allegations.
The Fallout Within the PN
This site is informed that Delia’s silence and arrogance were the final straw for Alex Borg, who swiftly removed him from the health portfolio — a move that paved the way for Dr. Stephen Spiteri to be appointed as the new Opposition Spokesperson for Health.
Unsurprisingly, the decision did not go down well with Adrian Delia, who once again reacted with bitterness rather than introspection.
Instead of admitting his mistakes, Delia chose to sulk — confirming, once again, how little political maturity or responsibility he possesses.
September 2025: The Final Collapse
The month of September 2025 will go down as one of the darkest chapters in Adrian Delia’s failed political career.
In just a few weeks, he lost both the race for the Nationalist Party leadership and his Opposition health portfolio — a humiliating double defeat that exposed the complete collapse of his political credibility.
Delia’s silence on his alleged pharmaceutical ties was more than an error — it was a career-ending miscalculation.
By ignoring the legitimate questions of the Maltese people, he confirmed every suspicion about whose interests he truly serves.
Thank You, Delia
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you, Adrian Delia.
Your arrogance, your silence, and your political games have once again helped shatter what’s left of the Nationalist Party.
While Labour continues to move forward with confidence, Delia’s implosion only proves one thing:
The PN is breaking itself from within — and Adrian Delia just handed the hammer.
