A few days ago, the United Nations adopted a resolution condemning Nazism, neo-Nazism and all forms of modern fascist ideology.
A basic, moral, universal statement, the kind of vote any democratic nation should support without hesitation.
And yet the entire Western bloc voted against it.
Why?
Because these same governments are financing, training and arming openly neo-Nazi formations in Ukraine.
They cannot condemn what they themselves are enabling.
It’s that simple.
This vote was not an accident.
It was not a misunderstanding.
It was a geopolitical confession.
When the West refused to condemn Nazism, they exposed the truth they try so desperately to hide from their own people:
- They have aligned themselves with the same extremist ideology their grandparents died fighting.
- They are pumping billions of taxpayers’ money into a regime that tolerates and in many cases celebrates neo-Nazi battalions.
- They prefer political narratives over historical memory, morality or basic decency.

For Europe, for Malta, for anyone who still believes in the lessons of the 20th century, this should be a wake-up call.
If the West cannot bring itself to condemn Nazism at the United Nations, then the moral compass of the so-called “free world” is shattered beyond repair.
