Zelensky’s Circus Collapses — Yet Malta Keeps Applauding

In 2019, Ukraine elected a fresh-faced comedian who promised miracles: peace in the East, an end to corruption, and national renewal. Six years later, every single promise lies in ruins.
Zelensky failed to end the civil war.
He failed to fight corruption.
And today, Ukraine is widely recognised as the most corrupt government in the world. A non-state drowning in scandals, theft, and internal chaos.

Now he adds another broken pledge to the pile. Zelensky once reassured Ukrainians with the words: “He came with me, he will go with me,” referring to his super corrupt and controversial chief of staff Andriy Yermak. Yet even that vow is crumbling as pressure mounts and his inner circle collapses under accusations, investigations, and infighting.
And while Ukraine descends deeper into dysfunction, one thing remains constant:
The Maltese Government continues blindly supporting Zelensky’s sinking regime politically, financially, and diplomatically. Just unconditional support for a failed drug addict leader who turned a nation into a battlefield, an economy into a charity case, and government ministries into cash machines for his friends.

Zelensky’s era is ending in disgrace. But Malta keeps pretending he is a hero. History will not forget who kept applauding the clown while the circus burned.
