If you thought Miroslava Milenović’s bragging about being a “forensic accountant” was the worst of it, think again. Not only has Mira been dishonestly strutting through Malta’s most sensitive magisterial inquiries with zero real qualifications — she’s also been avoiding Maltese taxes while cashing in on public funds.
Court records show that when grilled in the Vitals inquiry, Mira admitted she became an accountant after a 5-month course in Belgrade and that at the time of her appointment she didn’t even have a registration to practise in Serbia let alone Malta.

Miroslava Milenovic
That’s right — a court expert with no current valid qualification or licence, no real forensic accounting credentials, and a history of dodgy academic claims. Remember how earlier exposés revealed her professional qualifications were so flimsy that she’d lost her Serbian accounting license back in 2017?
Now we can add tax dodger to her résumé. Records reviewed by investigators show years of substantial Malta-derived income with absolutely no Maltese tax declarations. A double taxation treaty doesn’t magically exempt her — but apparently she banked on bureaucratic confusion to keep her pockets fat.
Maltese citizens deserve accountability — not another political pawn masquerading as an expert while skirting the law.

The question is: where have the authorities been??? This episode sheds light not on this ‘expert’ but on who employed her and how she was permitted to act as an expert. Long ago, someone sang a song: “Pajjiż tal-Mickey Mouse!!!”
