Unmasking the Charade: Aditus Foundation and the USAID Scandal

Let’s expose the bare-faced audacity of the Aditus Foundation, a so-called human rights champion established in 2011 in Malta. Here they are, parading under the holier-than-thou banner of a non-governmental organization devoted to ensuring access to human rights, ostensibly funded by donations, membership fees, and idyllic fundraising events. Yet, lurking beneath this veil of virtue lies a scandalous betrayal.

The audacity of it all! Following President Trump’s executive order on January 20, 2025, appointing none other than Elon Musk to the helm of the Department of Government Efficiency, the sinister decisions unfolded, such as shuttering the Washington headquarters of USAID. This move unearthed a sordid subterranean network of deceit. Thousands of NGOs and foreign entities, with the Aditus Foundation prominently among them, have been shamelessly looting the USAID coffers, lavishly funded by the unsuspecting American taxpayers.

Revelations on this very portal shattered the facade of another NGO, Repubblika, as a beneficiary of these USAID funds. But brace yourselves, the rabbit hole goes deeper. It has come to light that Aditus too has been dipping its hands into the pot, pocketing a cool $17,900 from USAID.

Oh, how endearingly ironic that Aditus, deriving its name from the Latin word for ‘access,’ exploited its namesake to access American taxpayer dollars!

How charming indeed!

You claim to ride the high horse of altruism, preaching the gospel of public donations and membership fees, yet your treacherous mask has slipped, revealing your true colors. This isn’t just about access—it’s about a scandalous exploitation masked as benevolence.
