Vincent Bradley’s Payday: How He Piggied Out on the Hospitals Inquiry

Vincent Bradley’s descent from disgraced forensics accountant to a figure of pure avarice reaches a new low, and this time, there are no excuses. As we continue to peel back the layers of his dubious career, it’s becoming increasingly clear: Bradley didn’t just profit from the Malta hospital inquiry—he exploited it to the tune of hundreds of thousands of euros.

This wasn’t just about carrying out a forensic audit in Malta’s hospitals—it became an opportunity for Bradley to line his pockets in ways that could make even the most seasoned con artists blush. What was meant to be an inquiry, instead turned into a veritable goldmine for Bradley, who, once again, managed to find a way to turn public service into private profit.

THE INQUIRY THAT MADE HIM RICH

Before stepping into the inquiry spotlight, Bradley was raking in a a professional income of circa €96,000 annually. A good salary, sure, but not the windfall he must have been dreaming of. Once appointed as a court expert for Magistrate Gabriella Vella’s inquiry, however, everything changed. And no, this wasn’t about justice—this was about getting paid.

In 2023 alone, Bradley earned a staggering €314,000. Yes, you read that right. His earnings shot up exponentially compared to his previous salary thanks to the Maltese taxpayer. Why? Because there was no cap on how many hours he could bill for, and absolutely no oversight to rein in his profit-driven behavior. This was a blank cheque in the hands of a man who had already demonstrated an appalling lack of ethical boundaries. And this was just 2023 and one inquiry!

This isn’t the last time we’ll be talking about him. In fact, you can bet your last euro that there’s more to this sordid tale. Stay tuned for more revelations.
