Fabricator. Fraudster. Untouchable. Who’s Protecting This Snake?

The more we dig, the deeper the rot. After exposing the petrol scam from his time in a Government Ministry in 2013… after shedding light on his fraud against local farmers before that… and after unmasking the con he pulled on one of Malta’s most prominent developers — the question remains: how is this snake still slithering freely through Malta’s tendering system?

Let’s not forget the latest revelation: the man tricked a major developer into paying him on a per-tender basis. He claimed he’d be filling and submitting competitive bids to Government and Local Councils. He even managed to convince a seasoned, moustached tycoon — no stranger to bureaucracy — to sign on. For months, the developer paid out thousands.

Until the truth broke through.

The snake was submitting expired tenders. Tenders closed for years. Tenders that didn’t even exist in active circulation. He was getting paid for absolute fiction. A ghost worker filing ghost bids, cashing in like a parasite. When discovered, he was immediately fired.

But now, years later, what has changed?

Nothing — except now he’s operating at the very core of the tender departments. Like a cockroach that survived extermination, he’s back in the system, crawling from one businessman to another, whispering lies, offering “connections,” and selling influence that isn’t his.

Worse still, this fraudster, this documented liar, now acts as a behind-the-scenes operator. He peddles misinformation to bloggers and journalists, feeding them garbage to attack his ‘enemies’ while shielding himself in the shadows. It’s classic deflection: while others are dragged through the mud, he moves silently, untouched.

So we ask:

Who is protecting this criminal mind?

Who is the “big head” giving him cover, access, and immunity?

This isn’t just corruption. This is systemic decay.

A man like this should have been nowhere near a public office or private enterprise again — let alone tender documentation or businessmen with money on the line. He is a proven fraud. A manipulator. A coward who hides behind anonymous tips and invented scandals.

He is the living embodiment of Malta’s most dangerous disease: impunity.
