While the Maltese government bends over backwards to appease EU bureaucrats, implement sanctions that cripple our own industries, and echo Brussels’ anti-Russia hysteria — it forgets one simple truth:
Charity begins at home.
Our shipping sector is being sabotaged. Our neutrality is vanishing. Our economic interests are being sold off in exchange for applause from foreign officials who wouldn’t think twice before turning their backs on us.
Instead of defending Malta’s role as a neutral maritime hub, the government is about to follow a political agenda that serves Brussels, Berlin, and Washington — but not Birżebbuġa, Marsaxlokk, or Valletta.
