Clandestine Meetings, €11 Million, and a Magistrate’s Bid for Power

Magistrate Gabriella Vella, the one who ordered the search of Joseph Muscat and his family in his own home, is now claiming to be promoted to Judge.

If you had asked her a year ago if she wanted to become a Judge, she would undoubtedly have answered yes — but “not yet.”

Later on, you will find out for yourself why.

€11 Million With a Signature

In January, it emerged in Court that the forensic experts hired by Gabriella Vella were paid €11 million without any control. Simply with the signature of Magistrate Gabriella Vella.

Now it has also emerged that she even visited them in Northern Ireland for secret meetings.

Three Addresses Out of Thirty

During proceedings, Prosecutor Dr. Refalo admitted that he did not have the addresses of all the experts.

Do you know how many he had? ONLY three addresses out of thirty experts‼️

And yet, he should never have had a problem finding out where Jeremy Harbinson lives. He only had to ask Magistrate Gabriella Vella herself. But surprisingly, he didn’t know! A Prosecutor not knowing where his own witness lives — look at how this entire charade was orchestrated.

But let’s stay focused on Gabriella Vella.

Questions That Cannot Be Avoided

This site will remain consistent and will continue to ask the questions others are too afraid to raise:

• Have Magistrates in our country ever traveled abroad to meet with experts?

• If meetings were needed, why didn’t the experts come to Malta and appear in Court like everyone else does?

• Why didn’t Gabriella Vella want the Maltese Court to confront these experts openly?

• Why were clandestine meetings held abroad, away from public scrutiny?

• Where did these meetings take place — in an office or in private residences?

• Is it common practice for members of the Judiciary to meet with parties outside the Court building?

Experts Outside the System

A cardinal fact remains: the so-called experts hired by Gabriella Vella were not on the official list of Maltese Court experts.

Even Jeremy Harbinson lied when he claimed he was on this list.

The Unanswered Question

So we ask again, Madam Magistrate:

• Who advised you to appoint these experts? Why don’t you answer?

We say this: we already know the answer. And when the time is right, we will make it public.
