The greatest resource that the Labour Party has is — and will always remain — its people.
Not slogans, not offices, not titles — but the men and women who, year after year, stood firm by Labour.
Those Labourites who believed when others doubted.
Those who carried the red torch in good times and bad.
Those who gave their time, their energy, and their hearts to the movement without ever asking for anything more than fairness and dignity.
These are not just supporters.
They are the roots of our Party — deep, loyal, and alive.
The Labour Party has always been a champion of inclusion.
It has embraced moderates, defended minority rights, and built bridges across society. That is what makes Labour the people’s movement — not a closed circle, but a family.
Yet, in this moment of strength, we must pause and look around us.
Are all our brothers and sisters still with us?
Have we done enough to make every Labourite — young or old, active or silent — feel part of this great family again?
The time has come to reconnect with our base — with those who built this Party from the ground up.
We owe it to them.
We owe it to the legacy of those who came before us and to the generations that will follow.
We are still in time.
But only if we act now — without delay, without excuses, without dragging our feet.
Because Labour will always be our natural home.
