The prosecution’s star witness becomes its biggest liability.

Jeremy Harbinson
Jeremy Harbinson hasn’t just refused to testify. He has run away from his own duty. The British authorities confirm he’s “out of the country for a long time,” after previously claiming he “couldn’t move from his sick wife.” Today he moves just fine, as long as it’s running from a courtroom.
This is cowardice in its purest form.
Malta’s Attorney General openly condemned him, calling it disgraceful that a court-appointed expert is evading justice. He promised to do everything legally possible to bring Harbinson in. Yet, even he avoided explaining how. That silence says everything.
Now the case is hanging by a thread, all because the prosecution’s “indispensable witness” has chosen to disappear like a man terrified of his own words.

Harbinson has abandoned his duty. He has sabotaged the process.
Harbinson has fled.
An “expert” who refuses to testify is no expert at all. He’s just a coward hiding from the truth.
