We were promised a new era. All of it will be completely in vain if Judge Jacqueline Padovani Grima is allowed to stay on the Family Court bench.
No shiny new building, no fancy timelines, no mediation sessions will fix a court where one judge openly refuses to hear half the litigants and punishes the other half for daring to defend themselves.
The authorities now face a simple choice:
Remove Judge Padovani Grima from family cases immediately, or admit the entire “reform” is cosmetic theatre designed to protect the very problem it claims to solve.
