Robert Aquilina – A Thorn in the Side of the Nationalist Party (1)

Robert Aquilina is a puzzle wrapped in an enigma, a conundrum that the Nationalist Party just can’t seem to crack.

His very existence seems to cast a shadow over the PN, a shadow that darkens with every misguided word and action he takes.

It’s as if he’s on a personal mission to ensure that the PN remains in the dark ages of opposition, forever punished by his presence.

And let’s not forget his infatuation with Daphne Caruana Galizia, a hero to some but a curse to the majority. Thanks to Daphne, the PN suffered crushing defeats in two general elections, losing by margins that were unheard of before.

A good number of Nationalist Party Parliamentary Members can’t stand the sight of him, fearing the damage he continues to inflict on the PN’s fragile reputation.

And now, in a fit of delusion, he dreams of Joseph Muscat, accusing him of conspiring with others to attack someone. But let me set the record straight, Aquilina. Muscat doesn’t need anyone to speak on his behalf. Just ask yourself, remember how he dismantled PN?

Remember how you were the first to abandon ship, forming a laughable Repubblika that barely rivals a village band club?

And yet, you have the audacity to ride on Daphne’s coattails, oblivious to the fact that everyone who does so ends up losing.

But here’s the kicker – Muscat may be silenced by the courts, but I am not. So, Aquilina, brace yourself for a reality check because I have no qualms about setting the record straight and exposing your cowardice for all to see.
