It is outright hypocritical how The Times of Malta and the DCG Foundation ignored at least reporting the Mediapart report exposing the OCCRP reliance on US funding, but then reported Mediapart’s comments on a report by ONE News.
Had The Times reported with prominence the expose, it would have been much more credible.
The Times and DCG Foundation should come out clean and report transparently its relationship with the OCCRP and the funding it receives from it.
There is no plausible reason why organisations who demand that others be transparent, should not be transparent themselves.
