Alan Heath: Hospitals Court Expert and a good friend of Sam Sittlington who made almost €1 million in profit

Alan Heath, 70, is a dodgy character whose taxpayer funded career has been based on dodgy alliances with known crooks. Heath was appointed to the Maltese hospital inquiry in 2020 through his friendship with the disgraced Jeremy Harbinson and Sam Sittlington.

Sam Sittlington

Sittlington, whose career includes being fired by the UK Government from his position in Guyana because of conflict of interests, and a failed attempt to rake in €1 million from the police in Malta, had recommended Heath as an “expert” on 20 LinkedIn skills.

Alan Heath has demonstrated similar patterns of behaviour with both Harbinson and Sittlington. In fact Heath’s self-serving opportunism reached a new level in October 31, 2021 when AH Training Solutions Limited was created. With a basic investment of £2 (€2.38), he and his wife set up a company to make some money while work was being undertaken on the Maltese inquiry.

While everybody else was struggling with inflation, he made a healthy state funded profit. Invoices reveal that €480000 were billed for 9.5% of the expert hours for the inquiry. In total related profits were estimated €1 million, a healthy return for a beneficial person who invested just £2.

An “expert” who has created a real life expert in a mockery of the taxpayer.
