Beppe’s Boys: Why the PN Will Never Touch Anton Attard and il-Guru
As the millions keep flowing to Anton Attard and Mark Grech (il-Guru), not a single word has been uttered by the Nationalist Party.
Not one statement.
Not one question.
Not even a passing reference.
And now we know why.
Because the beneficiaries of this public money bonanza are not just private contractors — they are part of the PN’s inner sanctum. They are untouchables within the Nationalist Party.
And Beppe Fenech Adami — the party’s de facto leader — will make damn sure it stays that way.

Beppe Fenech Adami
Silence of the Puppeteer
Beppe Fenech Adami, who pulls the strings from behind every PN leadership contest, is notorious for attacking everyone and everything. Yet, when it comes to Anton Attard and il-Guru — two of the most politically protected operatives in PN history — he suddenly loses his voice.
Why?
Because they were his people.
They built the PN’s media machine.
They controlled the narrative for years.
And now, even while they’re bankrolling themselves with public funds under a Labour government, the PN refuses to touch them.
The hypocrisy is disgusting.
The Real Blue Wall of Silence
The PN loves to talk about transparency, accountability, and good governance — but when the scandal leads back to one of their own, the outrage dies instantly.
€2.8 million in film rebates.
€3.2 million for a festival tender awarded after the event concluded.
Hundreds of thousands in sponsorships and event deals.
And still — nothing from the PN leadership.
No press conference.
No social media statement.
Because when you belong to the Nationalist elite, you’re immune to criticism — even from your own party.
The PN’s Real Problem Isn’t Labour — It’s Its Own Rotten Core
The PN can scream all day about Labour’s spending. But how can anyone take them seriously when they won’t even speak out about their own people feeding off the state?
This isn’t just a conflict of interest. It’s institutional protection of a corrupt clique that has ruled the PN from inside for decades.
Attard and il-Guru are not just producers. They are operators, deal-makers, and gatekeepers.
And Beppe knows it.
The PN can pretend to be the party of good governance all it wants.
But as long as Beppe Fenech Adami remains silent on the Greatt Ltd scandal, and continues shielding the blue-eyed boys of the old regime, the Nationalist Party has no credibility left.
Because protecting Anton Attard and il-Guru isn’t just a sign of weakness — it’s a sign of ownership.
They’re not outside the system.
They are the system.
And Beppe will never bite the hand that built his empire.

You are correct in all you said about the PNEEEEEE as a party, but only about a part of the party, the part that as you said will not bite the hand that feeds that part. But and this is a big BUT, Between them, these different parts, does push out, as it cannot be held back, attacks against their other parts of the party.
And the Government is part of the blame too.
