Labour’s Biggest Mistake: Paying a Hypocrite to Attack Labour Legends

Saviour Balzan is doing what Saviour Balzan has always done: political prostitution wrapped in the language of “journalism.”

For decades, Balzan built his entire survival on one thing; proximity to Labour.

Not loyalty. Not principle. Not conviction.

Survival.

I’m sure Balzan has no audience without Labour. He has no influence without Labour. He has no career without Labour.

Without Labour support, Salvu Balzan is a dead man walking.

Every time his relevance dipped, every time his media empire stumbled, every time his credibility collapsed under the weight of his own hypocrisy, we rushed in like life-support machines, pumping him with consultancies, airtime, and taxpayer-funded projects.

Let’s be brutally honest: If Saviour Balzan is still breathing politically, it’s because we’re keeping the oxygen mask on him.

And what does he do in return? He spits on Mintoff. He attacks Labour legends. He rewrites history with the arrogance of someone who thinks nobody remembers who he really is.

This isn’t journalism. This is parasitism.

Balzan survives by biting the very hand that feeds him because he knows the hand is too soft, too forgiving, too afraid to finally cut him loose.

But here’s the unavoidable truth:

A snake only bites if you keep feeding it, and Labour keeps feeding Saviour Balzan: with money, with platforms, with official recognition he never deserved.

Dom Mintoff

This maniac will attack Mintoff again. He will attack Labour history again. He will undermine Labour ministers again.

That’s what snakes do. It’s in their nature.

The real question is no longer why Saviour Balzan behaves like this. Everyone knows why.

The real question is: Why do we keep paying this viper to do it?

Prosit Nivelli. ”WHY DO WE KEEP HANDING OUT MONEY TO (THESE SNAKES)?. The ”WE’ because the money being handed out is by those representing us in the country’s administration and it is not their money they are handing out, but money they have been intrusted with. Those in administration that are doing such calculations can be assured that their calculations will backfire on them and the backfiring will be triggered by the people who entrusted them with the tiller, Prime in all this is the office of the Prim Minister. many of us will not forget the way the Prim Minister came out defending those E25000 handed out to one of these snakes. F’din id-dinja, min mux miejak kontra tiejak biss jsta ikun, imma ghar min ekk emm dawk li ikunu miejak biss sakem jaqblilhom.
