But attacking, detaining, or harassing ships traveling from China, or returning to China, will not be taken in good will by the Chinese government and people.
Such actions will be regarded as a direct attack on China’s sovereignty, its trade, and its core interests. This is the last warning for the United States. Do not miscalculate. Do not play with fire. China will take all necessary measures to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
