On Monday, Nationalist Party leader Alex Borg accused the Labour government of blurring the lines between Castille and Mile End, claiming it is using all state resources to cling to power.
“ We are now seeing a government that can no longer distinguish between Castille and Mile End,” he said.
The same Nationalist Party Borg now leads spent nearly 25 years in government treating Castille as its private party headquarters. For decades, Richard Cachia Caruana ran both the government and the PN directly from his office in Castille — seamlessly fusing Party and State.

The PN didn’t blur the lines. It erased them completely.
Alex Borg, born in 1995, was a baby and then a schoolboy during most of this era. He clearly never bothered to learn the history of the party he leads.

Now this political toddler lectures others about the very sin his predecessors perfected for a generation. The hypocrisy is breathtaking.
Sit down, Alex. Read a book. Spare us the lectures until you know what your own party actually did.
