Dr. Monica Borg Galea’s appointment may not be illegal, but it reeks of ethical indifference. Her rapid ascent from Ombudsman assistant to magistrate — via a process overseen by her former boss — is indefensible in the court of public opinion.
Zammit McKeon has refused to say whether he recused himself. Instead, he hides seems to be hinding the cloak of arrogance.

You are 101 perecent right about this nazzjonalist jinten seba pesti. But the facts remaun that Dr. Monica Borg Galea’s appointment is not illegal. Her case is just one of those helping hands that once they materialize nothing can be done about them.
I cannot vouch for the Hon Mr Justice. All I can tell you l have worked for a decade with Hon Madam Magistrate Galea while she employed with the several Ombudsman. A soma of high standards, compassion, Honor and integrity. I know her as a person who fights FOR RIGHT BE DONE. She is a good person and will make a great Magistrate.
